This top-quality SM4 portable was manufactured at Olympia's Wilhelmshaven factory in 1960 with beautiful Sherwood green crackle-finish paintwork, top-quality chrome fittings, and lovely trim that gives it a great 1950s retro look. The machine has been fully serviced, with a new ribbon fitted, and types very well with a nice, clear elite typeface giving you 12 characters to the inch. Being the deluxe model, it also features a keyset tabulator for column work. It is supplied with the original deluxe two-tone vinyl-covered carry case, original type brush, and a copy of the user instructions. A lovely example of this superb-quality West German model.
